IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

New, unused items can be returned within 10 days for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • The items should be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, tears, scuffs or smells.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with any/all manufacturer tags and accessories.
  • Used items, custom fit boots, and skis that have been mounted are not accepted for returns or exchanges
  • Credit card purchases will be credited back to the original card only. If the credit card is not present a gift card will be issued.
  • If a cash refund exceeds $100.00 the remaining amount will be mailed to you in the form of a check.

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • The items should be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, tears, scuffs or smells.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with any/all manufacturer tags and accessories.
  • Used items and skis that have been mounted are not accepted for returns or exchanges

If you feel that your gear is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to defect in its materials or workmanship, contact the manufacturer directly.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURN NUMBERS (RMAs)

You can get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting The Peak Ski and Sports directly at 248.499.8860.

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase and place a new order at the same time. Placing a new order immediately ensures that you’ll receive the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for an exchange.

Simply make an RMA, place a new order and return your original item. You’ll receive a full refund minus applicable shipping fees for items returned in new, unused condition. Refunds and credits are issued as soon as your return is received by our Returns Department.

  2. Write the RMA on the outside of your package.

It takes 3 to 5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
